Hello, I’m Bradley, I recently graduated Birmingham City University and not long after started working for Dental IT. I enjoy the outdoors and cars, a great combination.
What's your day-to-day like at Dental IT?
The day to day is ever changing at Dental IT with new issues and people everyday.
What makes working in the dental industry rewarding?
Helping resolve peoples issues which makes them happy.
What makes working in the dental industry challenging?
The wide range of software and hardware we support makes it challenging to keep up to speed.
What has been the highlight during your time at Dental IT?
Working with an amazing team.
What’s the best thing about working at Dental IT?
The variety.
How has COVID-19 affected your work?
Positively, Covid has allowed me to Work From home, and the balance between WFH and Office work has given me a greater quality of life.
Who is your favourite customer and why?
Gary from Share a Smile, nicest man you will ever meet.
What has been the hardest thing to learn in your role?
The persistence to resolve a complicated issue.
What do you like about working in Sheffield and Hathersage?
Easy access to the M1. Hathersage is beautiful.
What do you like to do in your spare time?
I talk to my friends.
What's the most exciting technology you work with?
Switches, im a networking guy at heart.
What's the funniest query/problem you have had on the helpdesk?
“Can you set up my kids Christmas presents.”
What's the hardest problem you have had to work on?
Any Xray issue.
What's the longest night you have ever worked and why?
I used to move computers for a law firm in London for some extra cash while I worked at Ford, I worked until 2am.

I am a twin.
