Is everything OK? Introducing our iOK app concept

Introduced to further close the communications gap, iOK is a kind of survey application, except it runs as a Windows app on all users' desktops, and it demands a response every day. So every afternoon the user is simply asked "Is everything OK?". The user can respond positively, neutrally, or negatively. If negatively, they are invited to raise a specific issue with more details.

Over time, the site owners and network managers can build up a pattern of response, and target investment and resources appropriately.

Initially considered to gain feedback on IT usage, iOK is being expanded to include other aspects of the user environment - e.g. in the dental market this might include feedback on the equipment, or the work environment.
