Our customers benefit from round-the-clock server and network monitoring and maintenance, ensuring we are aware of IT issues before they become a problem for you. Staying ahead of your systems allows us to resolve issues with critical hardware and software, removing the risk of downtime and maintaining the smooth running of your systems.
If you rely heavily on the availability of your IT infrastructure, it is very likely you will need a support contract. We can then respond promptly to any issues and manage system upgrades, monitor your network and prevent problems before they arise. Following an installation or upgrade, we will continue to maintain your IT for as many years as you need us.
We proactively monitor:
- Success or failure of backup jobs
- Internet connectivity
- CPU and memory usage
- Email (Exchange) status
- Actual hard disk failure, or impending disk failure
- Fan status
- Temperature warnings
- Unscheduled system reboots and crashes
- Event log warnings and errors
- Key system services
- Key software systems, such as database and other server based services.
We offer support for all of your core IT equipment; the server, the workstations, printers, scanners, switches, firewalls, backup devices, and operating systems running on them.
